Details:	The Holy Spirit Women’s Club welcomes parishioners and communication experts Pam Leinmiller, President of Vertical Vision (LinkedIn), and Kricket Harrison, Creator of First Class Leadership (LinkedIn) on Monday October 5, at 6:30 PM in McDonough Hall! Together, Pam and Kricket will share practical tools to help better understand others, know what to say next, and communicate with greater intention and connection. “Say This, Not That” begins with understanding the person in front of you and ends with knowing exactly what to say. Pam will explore emotional intelligence in action, sharing strategies to create meaningful connections, reduce misunderstandings, and bring greater empathy to challenging conversations. Participants will learn to listen more effectively, better understand others, and build stronger connections. Building on that foundation, Kricket will share practical language from the Exactly What to Say framework to build trust, reduce resistance, and navigate difficult conversations with greater confidence. Participants will leave with powerful phrases they can use immediately to influence without pressure, strengthen relationships, and create better outcomes. Come join us and bring a friend!
