Wednesday, June 24, the parish's 6:00 PM Mass will be celebrated in the Church in honor of the Solemnity of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. This special liturgy will feature traditional chants and symphonic accompaniment as we honor the Forerunner who prepared the way for Christ.
This feast holds particular significance for the Order of Malta, whose mission of defending the faith and serving the poor reflects St. John's witness of humility, truth, and service. Inspired by his words, "He must increase, I must decrease," members of the Order strive to lead others to Christ through prayer, charity, and compassionate care. The Atlanta Region of the Order of Malta is sponsoring this special Mass.
All parishioners and friends are warmly invited to join us as we celebrate St. John the Baptist and renew our own call to be faithful witnesses of Christ in the world.
