The Great Books Discussion Group will meet on Thursday, October 10, and discuss Muriel Spark’s (1918-2006)
A Far Cry From Kensington. Spark, best known for The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, gives us a roman à clef, set in postwar London, which explores the consequences of correcting found evils. Subsequent meetings will be held monthly with selections from the Great Books Foundation series.
