Holy Spirit Catholic Church is seeking a part-time Internal Development & Stewardship Manager to help advance the parish’s mission by leading the annual Offertory Campaign and coordinating parish efforts for the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal. Working closely with clergy, staff, and volunteers, the manager will help communicate the impact of stewardship, support parishioner relationships, and ensure thoughtful follow-up and accountability while reflecting the values and spirit of our parish community.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working with data, communications, and parishioners alike. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination, offering meaningful work in a collaborative parish environment. With flexible part-time hours and opportunities for deeper involvement during key campaign seasons, this position is well suited for someone who is passionate about stewardship, committed to the Church’s mission, and eager to help Holy Spirit Catholic Church grow in generosity and discipleship.
