The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be offered on Monday, February 20th, during both the 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Masses in St. Mary’s Chapel. The Sacrament is available to those who have serious, acute or chronic health problems, are scheduled to undergo surgery or are feeling diminished by advanced years. The Sacrament includes an anointing with oil and the Church’s prayer that recipients will be restored to health. The Sacrament may be received more than once. In addition, the Auxiliary members of the Order of Malta will host Eucharistic Adoration on February 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be administered at both Masses, and Adoration will take place between the Masses. The intent is to create a parish-wide Day of Prayer for the Sick. All parishioners are invited to signup for a time slot by contacting Michael Limongello or by signing up via the Sign Up Genius link.
